Illegal of the Week

Geez, these are just in my neck of the woods alone... Alcohol, cars, and stupidity. Doroteo Calles Hernandez, here illegally, decided to draw attention to himself by speeding down a street drunk, and when someone yelled for him to slow down, he turned around and run him down, tried to flee, hit a tree and left a long train of fluids leading to his apartment.

Retard of the week fits as well.
