Rogue travelers in this world we are, helping others, setting our own happiness aside. The page turns and each day, week, month, or year brings us a new challenge. This week's IotW is Luciano Melendres, an illegal immigrant already arrested once for DWI/DUI and released. (WHY!?!?!) He later hit a pedestrian and killed them then fled the scene.
