Rogue travelers in this world we are, helping others, setting our own happiness aside. The page turns and each day, week, month, or year brings us a new challenge. Each challenge brings us a new happiness. Each new happiness brings us a new heartache when the times to sever the ties arrive almost too abruptly.

Eating Bugs

There was a kid at my school named Billy Shannon at lunchtime he would pay you a dollar if you ate a worm or a cricket or something. And one time he had a big bug and he said Twisty I'll give you a dollar if you eat this bug. And I said no thanks I dont eat bugs. Then he said well how about this whole jar of mayonnaise? And I said wellll I guess I'll eat that bug for a whole jar of mayonnaise, suuure. So I ate the bug and the mayonnaise, then I threw-up!

Boy thats about the easiest jar of mayonnaise I ever earned.

The End!

He Did

Yes We Do

Yeah!

Mmmm Meat...

The Kind Of Friend I Need...

Rabbit Run

Some days I just wanna up and call it quits,
I feel like I'm surrounded by a wall of bricks,
Everytime I go to get up I just fall in pits,
My life's like on great big ball of shit,
If I could just put it all into all I spit,
Stead of always tryin to swallow it,instead of starin at this wall and shit,
While I sit writers block sick of all this shit, can't call it, shit,
All I know is I'm about to hit the wall if I have to see another one of mom's alcoholic fits,
This is it, last straw, that's all, that's it,
I ain't dealin with another fuckin politic,
I'm like a skillet, bubblin until it filter's up,
I'm about to kill it, I can feel it buildin up,
Blow this building up, I've concealed enough,
My cup runneth over, I done filled it up,
The pen explodes and busts, ink spills my guts,
You think all I do is stand here and feel my nuts,
Well I'ma show you what, you gon feel my rush,
You don't feel it then it must be too real to touch,
Pill the dutch, I'm about to tear shit up,
Goosebumps, yea, I'ma make your hair sit up,
Yea sit up, I'ma tell you who I be,
I'ma make you hate me, cause you ain't me,
You ain't, it ain't too late to finally see,
What you closed minded fucks were too blind to see,
Whoever finds me is gonna get a finder's fee, Out this world,
Ain't no one out they mind as me,
You need peace of mind, here's a piece of mine, all I need's a line,
But sometimes I don't always find the words to rhyme,
To express how I'm really feelin at that time,
Yea sometimes, sometimes, sometimes,
Just sometimes, it's always me, how dark can these hallways be,
The clock strikes midnight, one, two, then half past three,
This half ass rhyme with this half ass piece of paper,
I'm desperate at my task, if I could just get the rest of this shit off my chest again,
Stuck in this slump, can't think of nothin,
Fuck I'm stuck, uh, wait, here comes somethin,
Nope, it's not good enough, scribble it out,
New pad, krinkle it up and throw the shit out,
I'm fizzlin out, thought I figured it out,
Ball's in my court but I'm scared to dribble it out,
I'm afraid, but why am I afraid, why am I slave to this trade,
Cyanide, I spit to the grave, real enough to rile you up,
Want me to filp it, I can rip it any style you want,
I'm a switch-hitter, bitch, Jimmy Smith ain't a quitter,
I'ma sit until I get enough in me to finally hit a fuckin boilin point,
Put some oil in your joints, flip the coin bitch, come get destroyed,
An Emcee's worst dream, I make em tense,
They hate me, see me and shake like a chain-link fence,
By the looks of em you would swear that Jaws was comin,
By the screams of em you would swear I'm sawin someone,
By the way they're runnin you would swear the law was comin,
It's now or never, and tonight it's all or nothin,
Mama, Jimmy keeps leavin on us, he said he'd be back,
He pinky-promised, I don't think he's honest,
I'll be back baby, I just gotta beat this clock,
Fuck this clock, I'ma make them eat this watch,
Don't believe me, watch, I'ma win this race,
And I'ma come back and rub my shit in your face, bitch,
I found my nitch, you gon hear my voice
Till you sick of it, you ain't gonna have a choice,
If I gotta scream til I have half a lung,
If I have half a chance, I grab it,
Rabbit Run!

I'm Not Gone

I've been extremely busy in the last couple days which has made me tired and lazy even on my free moments. I tell ya, there are tons of things I wish I could just blurt out about my life that would be too interesting to see reactions to but I'm not sure I want to deal with any backlash at my character or to other's characters. Also I have no idea how long this will remain a truly anonymous blog in which people that know me and/or the persons involved could very easily start a mess.

On another note its good to see My buddy Jen is doing gooder today. Love you guys... ttfn.

More Of My Individual Favorites

Here are a few more of my favorites.

Ok, here is the coach Laviolette and Bret Hedican with Lord Stanley. (above)

Team Captain Rod Brind'Amour. (below)

The big furrball is Mike Commodore who is not only big and likes to bang around, he's spoken like a true scholar. Very impressive. 3 days after they won the cup... (today) he is getting it all cut off for charity. Wesley is beside him.

Mark Recchi, whom I love to watch just go out there and bang and shoot... bang and shoot.

Kaberle.... thats pronounced like (Cab-her-lay). He was very impressive as well this year.

And another one of the young'uns.... at all of about 21 years of age, already worth watching.... Erik Staal.

I like 'em all but these guys stood out to me. A great thank you to the entire team for bringin' the Cup to Raleigh.

The Myth The Man The Noobie Legend!

This is Cam, he is the freakin' Man! Rookie Goalie that replaced our starter early on in the playoffs and played like a natural champion. This kid will go far. He was voted playoff MVP and deserved every bit of that award. He has a gentle attitude and seems to rarely get excited about much at all. Seems to be a very meek and happy kid. Good for him. I hope he is around for a long while, especially with us here in Carolina.

22 or 23 years old and already a legend. Does he not look like a friggen NASCAR driver in those shades? lol

Ok, So I Am Way Behind.....

Well WE WON. We, the Carolina Hurricanes, won the Stanley Cup on Monday night and I haven't had the chance to really post about it. So... in essence here it is...

We finally done it! For the first time in franchise history, after an aweful season (or lack there of last year) of NO Hockey due to the lockout... we have come out fighting and proving ourselves against who I feel was definately not a fluke of a team. The Edmenton Oilers although a couple of them are total 'hosers', were a classy and very talented bunch and deserve to be the first place losers behind our Champions! LoL.

I went to the parade that started 20 ft. from my place of work and have pictures of all the guys heading out for the parade. They looked so weird without their trademark playoff beards. I can hardly recognize half of them. (snicker)

More to come...

Twisty's World

And so it begins. The dawn of a new era, the creation of a new blog in this world of so many. I have several blog friends that I have grown with over the last several months and now they may visit me here in Twisty's World. There isnt much that I can promise other than to bring you a constant flow of humor and pain both stemming from my life.

I welcome Jen here from her tales of MBI. I welcome Neo here from how he loves to JBI. I welcome others here that have no blog. Of course over the next little while I will be changing the looks and feel of this place to suit what I find a comfortable abode.
